Information on a suicide bomber entering Rawalpindi was received by law-enforcement agencies and led to the arrest of the boy, who is said to be 14-years old and has been identified as Shahrukh.
Expres 24/7 correspondent, Sohail Chaudhry reported sources said a Special Services Group (SSG) uniform, two pen pistols, bullets, a mobile phone and a suicide jacket were recovered. The money the boy received for carrying out attacks was also recovered, police claim.
The boy received training in South Waziristan and was sent to target sensitive installations in Rawalpindi, sources added.
The arrested boy is in police custody and investigations are underway.
