----------------------------------------------------------------
By Khaleeq Kiani
ISLAMABAD, Oct 24: With the United States seeking a gradual increase in the water tariff to recover the full cost of its delivery both for irrigation and urban uses as part of its proposed financing for the $12 billion Diamer-Bhasha dam, the World Bank has come under severe criticism from international development lenders for not funding this 'highest priority project'.
