A verdict on environmental pollution and degradation, authored by Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, instructed the director general of petroleum concessions to prepare a comprehensive account of the social welfare obligations, production bonuses and marine research fees due to each district where oil and gas exploration and production companies were operating. | ||||||||||||||

Three foreign soldiers die in Kabul suicide attackKABUL: A suicide bomber attacked a military convoy on the eastern outskirts of Kabul on Friday, killing at least three foreign soldiers, police and the Nato-led International Security Assistance Force (Isaf) said. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack. A spokesman for the group said in a message on his Twitter account: “A number of foreign forces were killed and wounded and many vehicles were also destroyed.” | ||||||||||||||
