Three FC men killed in Taliban attack

QUETTA, March 23: Three Frontier Corps personnel, a non-commissioned officer among them, were killed and five others were injured in an attack on their checkpost in Mir Alikhail area close to Pakistan-Afghan border on Friday morning.
The Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan claimed responsibility for the attack. There were reports that five FC men were missing, but official sources did not confirm it...

Nawaz blames PPP, allies for country's woes

EU authorises strikes on Somalia pirates' lairs

BRUSSELS, March 23: The European Union authorised its navies to strike Somali pirate equipment on land as foreign ministers on Friday beefed up the anti-piracy mission and extended it until December 2014.
