Corruption main cause of power sector mess, says ministerBy Khaleeq KianiISLAMABAD, May 13: Caretaker Water and Power Minister Dr Musaddik Malik said on Monday the country’s entire power sector had become a hub of corruption and cannot attract quality investors. Speaking at a reception here, the minister said the depth of corruption in the National Power Control Centre (NPCC) was beyond imagination, but nobody realised its ramifications.
